Services and Deliverables
Lumia Labs provides software development and consultancy services based on mutually agreed project specifications. All projects are executed according to the highest professional standards and within agreed timelines, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of developed software is transferred to the client upon full payment. Lumia Labs retains the right to reuse generic components and methodologies for future projects.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. Project details, business data, and technical information are not shared with third parties without explicit permission.
Payment Terms
- Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date
- For larger projects, a deposit or phased payment may be agreed upon
- All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
Liability
Lumia Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
